We provide IT services such as computer repair, IT support, server administration, networks, security camera systems, websites, online stores and software development. The exact scope of each job is described in our quote or in a written agreement. Service descriptions on this website are general information, not an offer.
2. Quotes and Prices
Our services are priced individually. A quote states the scope of work, the price and the payment terms. Work starts after you accept the quote.
3. Payment
Payment is due as stated in the quote or invoice. If a deposit is required, the quote says so.
4. Changes and Additional Work
If we find that a job needs more work, parts or time than quoted, we contact you first and carry out the additional work only after you approve it.
5. Your Responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about the problem or project and the access we need to do the work.
- Tell us about important data stored on the devices or systems we work on. We take care to protect your data, but you remain responsible for keeping your own backups.
- Make sure you have the right to use the software, content and accounts you ask us to install, migrate or manage.
6. Third-Party Products and Services
Hardware, software, cloud, hosting and other products or services from other companies are provided under the terms and warranties of their makers or providers.
7. Confidentiality and Personal Information
We access your data only as far as needed to perform the work and treat it as confidential. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under California law that cannot be waived.
