User-Centric Design

Design That
Converts.

In e-commerce, confusion costs money. We craft frictionless, high-fidelity interfaces that blend stunning aesthetics with behavioral psychology, guiding your customers seamlessly from "Landing" to "Thank You."

Mobile-First Architecture

70% of your traffic is on a phone. We design for the thumb zone first. We ensure buttons are reachable, tap targets are sized correctly, and menus are intuitive on small screens.

Visual Hierarchy

We control where the user looks. using contrast, scale, and whitespace, we guide the eye toward the "Add to Cart" button, ensuring the path to purchase is the most obvious action on the page.

Frictionless Checkout

We wage war on cart abandonment. We design checkout flows that minimize form fields, offer guest checkout options, and clearly display trust signals to reassure users at the critical moment.

The Design Sprint.

From concept to code-ready.

01

Wireframing

We start with low-fidelity structure. We map out the user journey and information architecture without getting distracted by colors, focusing purely on flow and usability.

02

Figma Prototyping

We build high-fidelity, interactive prototypes. You can click through your store, test the menus, and feel the experience before a single line of code is written.

03

UI Polish

We apply your brand identity. We define typography scales, color palettes, and micro-interactions (hover states, animations) that make the site feel premium and alive.

04

Handoff

We don't just give you images; we give developers a roadmap. We provide a complete "Design System" with CSS values, assets, and spacing rules for pixel-perfect implementation.

Design Systems.

Consistent across every page.

The Toolkit.

Industry standard tools.

Interface Figma / Sketch
Prototype Protopie / Adobe XD
Handoff Zeplin / Avocode

Common Questions

Do you do the coding too?

We are a full-service agency. While this phase focuses on design, our development team works side-by-side with designers to ensure the final site matches the prototype exactly.

Why Mobile First?

Google indexes the mobile version of your site first. If your mobile experience is an afterthought, your SEO rankings and your conversion rate will suffer.

A user experience audit comes first

Redesigning a store without knowing what goes wrong today is expensive guesswork, so our ecommerce UX design work begins with a user experience audit. It combines your analytics funnel, the terms people type into the store's own search box, recordings of real sessions where visitors have agreed to them, and a walk through the store on real phones. The result is a prioritized list: what blocks purchases now, what slows people down and what is cosmetic.

Mobile-first ecommerce in practice

  • Product pages. Price, key options, delivery information and the add-to-cart button visible without scrolling past a huge gallery.
  • Filters and search. Filters that open in a panel and show how many products match, and search that tolerates typos and product codes.
  • Thumb reach. Primary actions placed where a thumb can reach them, with tap targets large enough for real fingers.
  • Images. Photos that load fast, zoom without breaking the page and show the product in use as well as on white.

Checkout flow design

Good checkout flow design removes decisions that do not need to be made. Guest checkout stays available, address fields use autocomplete, shipping costs appear before the final step, and error messages say exactly what to correct, right next to the field that caused them. Where the platform allows it, express wallets appear early for returning mobile shoppers.

From Figma prototyping to a working store

Figma prototyping lets you click through the new category page, product page and checkout before development starts, and lets us test them with a few real customers or staff. The approved design becomes a small component library, so custom UI design stays consistent across templates. For WooCommerce interface design we build on the block editor and the checkout blocks where your payment and shipping extensions support them; for Magento and PrestaShop we work within the theme system so updates remain possible.

To start, we need analytics access, a list of your top-selling products and the complaints customers raise most often.
