ADA Compliance & Accessibility Remediation
Access for All.
Zero Liability.
The web is for everyone. If your site isn't accessible to users with disabilities, you are locking out customers and exposing your business to expensive litigation. We make your website compliant, inclusive, and legally secure.
Screen Reader Optimization
We ensure your HTML code "speaks" correctly to blind users. We add ARIA labels, descriptive Alt Text, and proper heading structures so screen readers (JAWS, NVDA) can navigate your site effortlessly.
Keyboard Navigation
Many users cannot use a mouse. We fix "Focus States" and "Skip to Content" links, ensuring every button, form, and menu item is accessible using only the Tab and Enter keys.
WCAG 2.2 AA Compliance
We don't guess. For the WCAG 2.2 compliance Los Angeles businesses ask about, we audit your site against the rigorous WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 Level AA standards—the exact benchmark used by the Department of Justice and ADA courts.
The Path to Compliance.
From audit to accessibility statement.
Manual Audit
Automated scanners only catch 30% of errors. Our human experts navigate your site using assistive technology to find the real barriers blocking users.
Code Remediation
We don't just give you a list of problems; we fix the code. We adjust contrast ratios, fix form labels, and rewrite navigation logic in your theme.
Verification
After the fixes, we re-scan and re-test. Once passed, we provide an Accessibility Statement for your footer, proving your commitment to inclusion.
Maintenance
The web changes. We offer monthly scanning to ensure that new blog posts or products you add don't break your compliance status.
Standards We Meet.

Common Questions
Can't I just use a plugin?
No. "Overlays" or automated plugins are frequently cited in lawsuits as insufficient. They don't fix the underlying code, which is what screen readers rely on.
Does this improve SEO?
Yes. Google is essentially a blind user. Descriptive headings, alt text, and clear navigation help search engines understand your content better, improving rankings.
What a WCAG 2.1 AA audit looks at
An audit combines automated scans with manual testing of real tasks: finding a product, filling in the contact form, completing checkout. Each issue in the report names the page, the WCAG criterion, who it affects and how to fix it.
- Screen reader optimization. We test with NVDA on Windows and VoiceOver on iPhone and Mac, checking heading order, landmarks, link names, form labels, error messages and whether dynamic content such as cart updates is announced.
- Contrast. To fix contrast errors we adjust colors in the theme itself rather than page by page. Normal text needs a ratio of at least 4.5:1, large text 3:1, and buttons, form borders and focus indicators 3:1 against adjacent colors.
- Keyboard and focus. Menus, sliders, pop-ups and date pickers must work with the keyboard alone, and the focus outline must stay visible rather than hidden behind a sticky header.
- Media and documents. Captions for videos and accessible versions of important PDFs such as menus, price lists and forms.
Section 508 compliance and the ADA
Section 508 applies to federal agencies and the technology they buy, and its technical standard incorporates WCAG 2.0 Level AA. If you sell software or web services to federal buyers, you may be asked for an Accessibility Conformance Report, and the audit results are the starting point for one. For private businesses open to the public, ADA website claims most often reference WCAG 2.0 or 2.1 AA, which is why we audit against 2.1 AA and list the additional WCAG 2.2 criteria separately.
Frequently asked questions about ada compliance service
Can an audit prevent an ADA lawsuit?
No one can promise that. What reduces the risk is fixing the barriers that block real users, documenting the work and publishing an honest accessibility statement with a way to report problems. Questions about a specific demand letter belong with an attorney.
How long does a WCAG 2.1 AA audit take?
It depends on how many page templates the site uses more than on the total number of pages. A small business site with a handful of templates is quicker to audit than a store with many product types and a custom checkout.
What is the difference between WCAG 2.1 and 2.2?
WCAG 2.2 keeps almost everything from 2.1 and adds criteria for focus that is not obscured, minimum target size, alternatives to dragging and easier authentication. A site that meets 2.2 AA generally meets 2.1 AA as well.
Related services: technical SEO audit and fixes, website maintenance plans that keep new content accessible and Joomla 3 to 5 migration, often the right moment to replace an inaccessible old template.
From audit to WCAG compliance remediation
An audit only lists the barriers; WCAG compliance remediation removes them in the code. WCAG remediation work covers color contrast adjusted in the theme, form labels and error messages, keyboard focus that stays visible, headings and landmarks in a logical order, and dynamic content that screen readers announce. Because fixes are made in templates rather than page by page, WCAG website remediation also carries over to new pages built on the same templates.
WCAG 2.2 compliance services go one step beyond 2.1 AA, adding criteria such as focus that is not obscured, minimum target size and alternatives to dragging. ADA compliance remediation cannot promise that a claim will never arrive, but fixing real barriers, documenting the work and publishing an honest accessibility statement lowers the risk.
