Seamless Transactions

Frictionless
Payments.

The checkout is the most critical moment in your business. We build secure, fluid payment integrations using Stripe and PayPal APIs, ensuring your customers can pay instantly with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Credit Card without leaving your site.

Custom API Integration

We don't just use plugins. We code directly against the Stripe/PayPal API. This allows for fully custom checkout flows, split payments for marketplaces, and deep integration with your accounting software.

Subscriptions & Billing

Turn one-time buyers into lifetime subscribers. We implement complex logic for Recurring Revenue: tiered pricing, free trials, prorated upgrades, and automated "dunning" emails for failed cards.

PCI Compliance & SCA

Security is non-negotiable. We implement tokenization (Stripe Elements) so sensitive card data never touches your server. We also ensure full compliance with EU "Strong Customer Authentication" (3D Secure 2.0).

The Integration Flow.

From sandbox to success.

01

Sandbox Testing

We build the entire payment flow in a safe "Sandbox" environment. We test every scenario: successful payments, declined cards, and fraud alerts.

02

Webhooks Setup

We configure Webhooks to listen for events. When a payment succeeds, your site automatically unlocks the content. When a refund happens, it updates your database instantly.

03

Mobile Optimization

We enable Mobile Wallets (Apple Pay / Google Pay). This reduces friction dramatically, allowing customers to checkout with a single fingerprint scan.

04

Live Key Swap

Once tested, we swap the API keys to "Live Mode." We monitor the first live transactions in real-time to ensure money is landing in your bank account.

Supported Gateways.

We speak every financial language.

Common Questions

Do you store credit card numbers?

Never. We use "Tokenization." We send the card data to Stripe, they give us a secure "Token," and we charge that token. This keeps you safe from hacking liability.

Can I accept Bitcoin/Crypto?

Yes. We can integrate crypto gateways like Coinbase Commerce or BitPay alongside traditional cards, giving your customers maximum flexibility.

Payment problems we are asked to fix

  • Paid but not recorded. The customer was charged, yet the order stayed "pending" because the store relied on the browser returning to the thank-you page. Confirming payments through webhooks on the server closes that gap.
  • Duplicate charges. A double click or a slow connection created two payments. Idempotency keys and a button that locks while the payment is processing prevent it.
  • Missing wallet buttons. Apple Pay does not appear because the domain was never verified with the payment provider, or one step of the checkout is not served over HTTPS.
  • Refunds out of sync. A refund issued in the payment dashboard never reaches the store or the accounting system.
  • Failed renewals. Subscription cards expire and nobody notices until the churn report.

Payments for service and logistics businesses

Not every business sells from a cart. Freight forwarders, shipping and logistics firms, repair shops and agencies often need something else: payment links attached to invoices, deposits collected before a job starts, saved cards charged with the customer's authorization, or bank debits for business clients who do not pay by card. These flows can run on the same payment providers, with the payment status written back to your job or invoicing system.

Before we connect a gateway

Open the payment provider account in your own business name and complete its identity and business verification early, since it can take a while and payouts depend on it. Then give us restricted API access or invite us as a developer instead of sharing the owner login. We build against the provider's test mode and test cards, cover declines, 3D Secure challenges and refunds, and switch to live keys only after a real low-value transaction has gone through from end to end.

After launch

Payment providers change their APIs and requirements over time, and webhook endpoints can stop working after a server move or a certificate problem. We set up alerts for failed webhooks and review the integration whenever the provider announces a change that affects you.

Payment services for the shipping industry and logistics firms

Freight forwarders, shipping companies and logistics firms rarely sell from a cart, so standard checkout plugins do not fit how they get paid. Payment services for the shipping industry usually mean payment links attached to invoices, deposits collected before a job starts, saved cards charged with the customer's authorization, or bank debits for business clients who do not pay by card.

A logistics payment integration connects those flows to the systems you already use. Payments run through established providers such as Stripe or PayPal, webhooks confirm each payment on the server, and the payment status is written back to your job or invoicing system, so the office can see what has been paid without checking the payment dashboard.

Choosing a gateway and connecting it to shipping

Which ecommerce payment gateway provider Los Angeles stores choose usually matters less than how it is connected. Stripe and PayPal both handle cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay well; most of the problems we are asked to fix come from the integration around them.

Good ecommerce payment and shipping integration solutions treat checkout and fulfillment as one flow: an order is released for shipping only after a webhook confirms the payment on the server, and a refund issued in the payment dashboard is written back to the same order.
