Content Updates and Optimization

These services improve a website you already have, without a full redesign. Each one starts with a measurable baseline, so you can see exactly what changed afterwards. We implement the fixes ourselves on WordPress, Magento, Joomla and custom sites rather than handing you a long report to decode.

A content audit before new content

Most sites need better pages more than they need more pages. A content audit lists every indexable page with its impressions, clicks, average position and conversions from Search Console and analytics, then assigns each one an action:

  • Keep. Pages that perform and are still accurate.
  • Refresh. Pages with impressions but few clicks, or with outdated facts, screenshots or offers.
  • Merge. Several thin pages that answer the same question and compete with each other.
  • Remove or redirect. Pages with no traffic, no links and no purpose, redirected to the closest useful page.

The outcome is an optimization strategy for your website content: a short list of SEO improvements in order of expected impact.

Keyword research from real queries

Keyword research starts with the searches your site already appears for in Search Console, the words customers use in emails and calls, and the local terms people add, such as a city or neighborhood. The goal is to understand what each searcher needs and give each topic one clear page, not to repeat a phrase as often as possible.

Meta tags optimization and content refresh

Meta tags optimization focuses on the two tags that shape how a result looks: the title and the meta description, each unique and faithful to the page. Google may rewrite them, but clear, accurate ones are shown more often. The keywords meta tag is ignored by Google, so we do not spend your time on it. A content refresh means real changes, such as new information, clearer answers or updated examples; changing only the date does not make a page fresher.

Frequently asked questions

How often should old blog posts be updated?

When the facts change or when Search Console shows a post losing clicks. Blog optimization also means linking each post to the service it relates to, so readers have a next step.

What is the difference between technical SEO and content optimization?

Technical SEO makes sure search engines can crawl, render and index your pages. Content optimization makes those pages worth ranking: relevant, accurate and clearly written. Most sites need some of both.

Will you write the content for us?
