Managed IT Services & SLA Contracts
Total IT Management.
Predictable Costs.
Stop treating IT as an emergency. Our Managed Services (MSP) model replaces unpredictable hourly bills with a flat monthly rate. We monitor, secure, and maintain your systems on an ongoing basis so you can focus on growing your business.
Proactive Monitoring (RMM)
We install agents on all your devices that alert us to issues—like failing hard drives or outdated antivirus—before they cause downtime. We fix many problems in the background without you ever knowing.
Clear SLA
Terms is money. Our Service Level Agreements (SLA) set out agreed response times. If your server goes down, we start work within the response time agreed in your contract.
Unlimited Help Desk
Forget "billable hours." Our contracts include unlimited remote support. Your employees can call us for password resets, email issues, or printer problems as often as they need without generating an invoice.
The Onboarding Process.
Seamless transition to managed care.
IT Audit
We perform a comprehensive scan of your network to inventory assets, identify security gaps, and document your infrastructure.
Standardization
We bring your systems up to our baseline standard. This means updating all patching, installing our security stack, and removing unauthorized software.
Agent Deployment
We install our RMM (Remote Monitoring & Management) tools on every server and workstation, giving us automated server monitoring and instant visibility into system health.
Strategic QBRs
We meet quarterly (QBR) to review ticket reports, discuss hardware lifecycles, and plan your IT budget for the next year.
We Watch While You Work.
Enterprise-grade visibility.
Service Tiers.
Flexible plans for your size.
Common Questions
Is a contract cheaper than hourly?
If you have more than 5 computers, usually yes. One major server crash can cost more in emergency hourly labor than 6 months of a maintenance contract.
Does this replace my internal IT guy?
We can replace them, or we can support them (Co-Managed IT). We handle the boring patching and monitoring tasks so your internal IT can focus on business projects.
What a good SLA contract should spell out
A service level agreement is only useful if both sides read it the same way. Before signing with any MSP provider, including us, check that the SLA contract answers these questions in writing:
- Response and resolution. How quickly work starts on an urgent, normal or low-priority issue, and who decides the priority.
- Hours covered. Business hours only or longer, and what counts as an emergency.
- What is included. Remote support, updates, monitoring and backups, as opposed to projects such as new servers or office moves that are quoted separately.
- Reporting. Which reports you receive and how often, so you can see what the monthly fee pays for.
- Exit terms. How passwords, documentation and admin access are handed back if you ever change provider.
Flat rate IT support and remote monitoring and management
Flat rate IT support is usually billed per user or per device, which makes costs predictable and removes the hesitation to report a small problem before it grows. Remote monitoring and management (RMM) software is the other half: it tracks disk health, missing updates, backup results and security alerts on every computer, so many issues are handled before staff notice them.
Preparing for IT outsourcing
Onboarding goes faster when a few things are collected in advance:
- A list of staff and their computers, phones and shared devices
- Admin logins for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, the domain registrar and the office router
- Contacts for your internet provider and the vendors of your business software
- Known problems and anything that is due for replacement
Once onboarding is complete, employees get one way to reach the corporate IT help desk, by email or a support portal, and a short guide on what to include in a request so it can be solved on the first reply.
Related services: remote IT help desk, server monitoring and maintenance and software license management.
Comparing professional IT services before you sign
Professional IT services are easiest to compare when every offer is broken down the same way. Ask each IT service provider what the monthly fee covers, how quickly work starts on an urgent issue, which hours are included and how passwords and documentation are handed back if you change provider. Professional IT support services that cannot answer those questions in writing are hard to hold to account later.
Our managed model combines IT services and support in one agreement: monitoring and patching through RMM agents, a help desk your staff reach by email or a support portal, and quarterly reviews of tickets, hardware lifecycles and the IT budget. Projects such as new servers or office moves are quoted separately. For companies that want professional business IT services alongside an internal IT person, co-managed IT leaves the routine patching and monitoring with us.
